ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS



PURCHASES

Richardson’s Harley-Davidson® will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Richardson’s Harley-Davidson® will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Richardson’s Harley-Davidson® will notify its customers within 5 business days.

All items may not be available at all retail outlets. All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation.

All purchases of sale items are final. Sale items are unavailable for return for refund or exchange, unless faulty or other otherwise stated in product description.



RETURNS

When purchasing items that have size differentials, it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size. There will be no exchange or return if wrong size is selected.

Customers can contact Richardson’s Harley-Davidson® at any time with any concerns regarding sizing before completing their order.



SHIPPING

Australian orders will be shipped with Australia post. Customer will receive an email including a tracking number when we have confirmed and shipped the order. Orders that go missing after delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Order’s that go missing after they have been submitted to Australia Post are the customer’s responsibility to follow up with Australia Post.

A signature of postage can be added at a cost of $2.95 per order for added security.  If you would like to add a signature to your delivery please contact Richardson’s Harley-Davidson®.

International orders will be shipped using Australia post Pack and Track system. Customer will receive an email containing tracking number when we have confirmed and shipped the order. Once orders leave Australia they are then passed on to the countries local postage service and are subject to those countries customs and duties charges. All charges of this type are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Customers can upgrade to express or courier services upon request to Richardson’s Harley-Davidson® and are subject to the extra charges.



INSURANCE

Insurance is available to customers upon request. To request insurance for an order please contact Richardson’s Harley Davidson. Fees will apply for insurance on orders. If customers do not wish to purchase additional insurance for items posted this is done at the customer’s risk.



CANCELATIONS

Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. Contact us to arrange cancellation of your order.



We reserve the right to cancel an order and/or to place a stop on online orders if:

(a) your order is not accepted at the nominated delivery address; or

(b) we believe (or reasonably suspect) that your order is fraudulent or you have otherwise breached these Web Site terms and conditions

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Richardson’s Harley-Davidson® is committed to protecting your privacy. This means that we do not distribute, rent, or sell any of your personal information to companies outside the Richardson’s Harley-Davidson® group. Richardson’s Harley-Davidson® may share non-personal, non-individual information to our partners in aggregate form for research analysis. For example, we will not show that you purchased a specific item but rather, how many customers purchased that item.

When you browse through our site, we collect information on the efficiency and working of our website. This information includes the number of times a web page is accessed, the browser used, and paths taken when moving through the site. Any information that we collect from you will be used to improve and personalise your shopping experience and all information is stored in a secure manner.
