COVID-19 Update

Dear valued customers and members of our community,


For 40+ years now, Richardson’s Harley-Davidson has been proudly providing everything for the ride, ensuring our customers enjoy their passion and lifestyles. As COVID-19 continues to evolve in Australia, we would like to continue to adapt and address our staff and customers on the precautions we are taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We will continue to stay up to date as the Australia Government Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provide guidance. Rest assured, our decision-making process keeps our customers top of mind, and we will take any and all necessary steps to help make Richardson’s Harley-Davidson a safe environment for all. We are taking extra measures as we are wanting to make sure our staff and customers are safe. This however may change at any point so please give us a call or stay up-to-date with our website & Facebook pages for regular updates.

The safety and well-being of our staff and customers is our main priority during this time. As such, we have implemented the following procedures:

Strict sanitizing of all surfaces. Door handles, phones and computers are sanitized and disinfected regularly.

All debit machines will be disinfected throughout the day.

Social Distancing: We are practicing social distancing in store with areas set up to ensure staff and customers are at a safe distance.

Parts & Merchandise Pickup: If any customer does not feel comfortable coming into the store to pick up their parts or accessories give us a call, and we can meet you
outside at your vehicle, or if you are self-isolating at home we can arrange delivery by Courier (locally) or Australia Post (locally & interstate) direct to your home.

Helmets and Gloves: Currently we are asking that customers not try on helmets and gloves our staff can assist you in finding the correct size

Service Drop off at Dealership: If a customer prefers not to come inside, call us, we can go outside to meet them, and receive the bike without direct contact and using relative hygiene and sanitization methods (Gloves and cleaning of grips).

Service Pick –up & Drop off at home in our local area:

We have now introduced FREE local pickup and delivery service to allow you to get your H-D® serviced without leaving your home, which can be done with contactless pick-up. *T&C's apply. Limited time offer. Call dealership for details. Maximum driving distance from dealership is 30km radius. FREE Pickup and delivery promotion is to be used for Service and Maintenance jobs. Offer can be used in conjunction with other offers.

South and North West Pick-up & Drop Off:

If you are located on the North West Coast, we do our Truck Run's on Tuesday's, and we can do contactless pick-up's and drop off's to your location (this will be subject to the current lockdown information in your area)

And for our Southern Customers or truck will be heading down on Thursday's and doing pick-ups from Rural Solutions Tasmania and Southern Riders Tasmania

We are doing our best to ensure the safety of our customers and staff in these difficult times. So you can rest assured that you can shop and enjoy the Richardson’s Harley-Davidson experience knowing that you are in a safe and hygienic environment.
