48th Birthday Raffle – Supporting the Neonatal Unit

We’re proud to launch the Richardson’s Harley-Davidson 48th Birthday Raffle — a milestone celebration with a meaningful purpose.

This year, we’re aiming to raise $50,000 for the Clifford Craig Foundation, supporting the Neonatal Unit at Launceston General Hospital. These funds help provide vital care for premature and unwell newborns across Northern Tasmania.

We understand the cost of living is front of mind for many right now, but for those who are able to contribute, this raffle is a chance to support a truly গুরুত্বপূর্ণ cause while also going in the draw to win an incredible prize.

Terms & Conditions

This year’s major raffle will be conducted under the terms and conditions below. The $50,000 raised from the raffle will be donated to the Clifford Craig Foundation for the Neonatal Unit at the Launceston General Hospital (LGH).

Raffle Details

  • Total tickets available for sale: 1,000
  • Price per ticket: $100.00
  • Total funds to be raised: $100,000.00
  • Total prize pool: $50,000

Prizes:

  • 1st Prize – $35,000 (for a prize of your choice*)
  • 2nd Prize – $10,000 (for a prize of your choice*)
  • 3rd Prize – $5,000 (for a prize of your choice*)

*Prize must be redeemed on items sold by House of Motorcycles or Richardson’s Harley-Davidson, up to the value of the prize won. All prize values are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

  • Donation: $50,000 (if all tickets are sold) to the Clifford Craig Foundation for Children’s Ward at LGH

This raffle is conducted by Richardson’s Group of Companies of 468 Westbury Road, Prospect TAS 7250.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia.
  4. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to purchase raffle tickets.
  5. Entrants must provide complete and legible contact details on the ticket stub, including at a minimum: full name, address, and phone number.
  6. Incomplete, illegible, or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
  7. There is no limit to the number of tickets an entrant may purchase.
  8. Ticket sales commence on 24 April 2026 at 8:30 AM and close on 24 October 2026 at 3:30 PM, unless sold out prior.
  9. Winners need not be present at the draw. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  10. The draw will take place on 24 October 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Iron Horse Bar & Grill, 468 Westbury Road, Prospect TAS 7250.
  11. Prize draw order:
  • 1st prize: first ticket drawn
  • 2nd prize: second ticket drawn
  • 3rd prize: third ticket drawn
  1. If the raffle is unable to proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the control of Richardson’s Group of Companies (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, or technical difficulties), the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the raffle, subject to any direction given under Tasmanian gaming regulations.
  2. In the event of external interference or unforeseen events (including but not limited to natural disasters, power failure, civil unrest, or acts of God), the promoter may cancel and recommence the raffle, subject to applicable legislation.
  3. Winners will be notified by phone or email within two (2) days of the draw. Winner details will be published on 24 October 2026 via:
  • Richardson’s Group of Companies website
  • Social media platforms
  1. To the extent permitted by law, Richardson’s Group of Companies is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the raffle or prizes.
  2. The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit, to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Prizes will be made available to winners within 28 days of the draw. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact winners.
  4. Once prizes have been dispatched or collected, responsibility passes to the winner.
  5. Any unclaimed prizes will be dealt with in accordance with Tasmanian legislation.
  6. All entries become the property of Richardson’s Group of Companies. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and may be used for marketing purposes. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the promoter.
  7. The promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the raffle result.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in unlawful or improper conduct.
  9. If a winner does not accept a prize within a reasonable timeframe specified by the promoter, the prize may be forfeited.
  10. Winners participate in the raffle and accept prizes at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Richardson’s Group of Companies is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the raffle or use of a prize.
