Richardson's Harley-Davidson upgraded this 2011 FLHXSE from 110CI to 117CI. The build included 58mm throttle body with high flow fuel injectors, Screamin' Eagle 266E Cams with a +.060 perfect fit pushrods, upgraded cam plate with high volume oil pump, manual primary chain tension kit and Vance & Hines power dual headers.
